Where do you ship?
At present, we only provide shipping services within the United States. For an extra fee, we can arrange overnight delivery to select states. Please reach out to us for a quote or if you have further inquiries regarding shipping. Currently, we are not offering international shipping or deliveries across US borders.

How long does an order take to arrive?Β
Standard shipping usually takes about 3 to 5 business days in the regular season.
In December and June, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Expedited shipping can be arranged for an extra cost.

What do I do if I donβt receive my order?
We will keep track of all orders from the instant they leave our site. If your item does not reach you on time, let us know and we will find it for you. If the order cannot be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we will partner with you to either replace or refund your order.

RETURNS
What items are eligible for return?
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
They should be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.
If an item is received damaged, please inform us right away, and you will receive a full refund for the item.

How much is the return shipping fee?Β
Returns are at no cost to you! If we cannot issue an immediate credit and require the item to be sent back, we will supply you with a prepaid return shipping label. Just repackage the item, attach the label we provide, and send the product back to us for a replacement, exchange, or credit. We will make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with our customer service.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
To qualify for a refund, gifts must include a gift receipt. They will be processed as standard returns, and you will receive a gift card or store credit equivalent to their current selling price or market value. Please remember that gifts should be returned within 28 days from the purchase date.
