WELCOME TO MIMI & MAIZE!

We began our journey in September 2024, providing Hamilton County with residential and business cleaning services, and swiftly established ourselves as a highly respected team. With a strong foundation in community support, we are inspired to expand our impact, leading to the proud launch of our children’s boutique. Here, we offer stylish new clothing, numerous consignment choices, as well as custom and handcrafted gifts, alongside event planning and monthly craft activities. We are eager to connect with our new customers, engage more deeply in community service initiatives, and explore what the future has in store for us in Noblesville and neighboring areas.


Meet the Team…

Becky and Meghan are a mother-daughter duo with extensive backgrounds in community service and professional development.


 

BECKY

 a mother of three, kicked off her career managing a licensed daycare while pursuing her college education. She also assisted seniors with household tasks and companionship. Her enthusiasm for early childhood development led her to partner with the Department of Human Services' Early On program, where she helped low-income families complete their education and develop essential skills for nurturing their children's growth. Becky's expertise eventually led her to the Charlevoix Michigan Juvenile Court, where she worked with teens in foster care and the Recovery High Program. When her family moved, Becky stayed committed to family services, taking on roles with organizations such as The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and Stand for Families Free from Domestic Violence. In these roles, she showcased her skills in donor relations, event planning, and protective service programs. Becky ventured into corporate environments, focusing on customer service, database management, corporate training, and operations management until she returned to community work on her own in 2024.

 MEGHAN

spent her formative years volunteering at food banks, soup kitchens, and daycare centers alongside her family. After earning her cosmetology license from Paris Beauty College in 2015, she quickly advanced to the position of Assistant Manager within her first year. Today, as a seasoned professional, Meghan specializes in men's grooming, artistic makeup, and bridal beauty, while collaborating with her mother to foster stronger community relationships in Noblesville and surrounding areas. As a single mom of two, she dedicates time to coaching girls' softball and assisting with boys' baseball and football, positively influencing the lives of children and inspiring them to develop new skills. Together, Becky and Meghan are excited about the future of Mimi & Maize and their ongoing commitment to giving back to their community.
